Rain, Clouds, and Edward was started on the 4th of June, 2008, by one of the biggest Twilight fans you will ever meet. Katherine, or Rosalie as she is known here, had the idea after joining The Hogwarts Expirence in August of 2007. What if somebody created the ultimate Twilight site? So, she single handedly opened the site, untill help joined her on the 5th of June that year. (Thanks Lesley!) Now, they run the site together, and love it. We hope you love it too!
