If anyone is new to the whole graphic making thing, and just wants to try it out, spending a ton of money on an expensive program is not a good choice. Paint can not give you the results you want either. So what to do? Well, I was in the same problem, till I found the Gimp. ( www.gimp.net ) Its a really good, semi-professional program. Its totally free, and easy to learn too! haha. And it sure beats spending a ton of money on a program to find out wether you like to do it or not.
